1. What is the SBI Debit or Credit Card Offer ("Offer")?

(a) Shop on Amazon.in using your SBI Debit or Credit Card to avail 10% cashback up to a maximum of Rs.1,750
The cashback amount will be credited to the eligible Cardholder’s primary account to which the SBI Debit or Credit Card is linked by January 17, 2018.
(b) The dates for the offer and the relevant categories below (except exclusions mentioned under point 10)
i. October 13, 2017(12:00 hours) to October 13, 2017(23:59 hours) – Televisions, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Microwave ovens, and other home and kitchen appliances.
ii. October 14, 2017(00:01 hours) to October 17, 2017(23:59 hours) – Site wide, including above categories,
(c) The Offer is applicable for a transaction on Amazon.in (Site and/or App) using your SBI Debit or Credit Card during the Offer Period, for a minimum of Rs.5,000 per transaction
(d) The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction, upon adjustment for refunds, conducted on Amazon.in (Site and/or App) using your SBI Debit or Credit Card during Offer Period.
(e) The maximum cumulative cashback for Amazon.in customers is Rs.1,750 per card account, irrespective of the number of purchases made on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
(f) Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the amount of such orders will be adjusted from the transaction amount for the purpose of the Offer. If a part of your order is returned/cancelled, you will qualify for the Offer only if the net amount you pay for the concerned purchase transaction (after accounting for the return), is greater than Rs. 5,000.

2. How can I avail this offer?

Shop as usual with your SBI Debit or Credit Card to pay. As long as Rs.5,000 or more is charged to your SBI Debit or Credit Card while making a purchase on amazon.in/Amazon App, you will be entitled to avail the cashback offer.

3. When will I get the cash back?

The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Bank account linked with SBI Debit or Credit Card by January 17, 2018.

4. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback for the duration of the event?

The minimum transaction amount to avail cash back is Rs. 5,000 in a single transaction on Amazon.in, net of refunds and cancellations.

5. Would I get cashback if I make a part payment using my Apay Balance ?

Yes, you would get cashback but only on the amount charged on your SBI Debit or Credit Card. Also, to avail cashback, your SBI Debit or Credit Card should be charged for a minimum amount of Rs. 5,000. For example, if total transaction amount is Rs. 8000, and Rs 2000 is paid using APay Balance and Rs. 6000 is paid using SBI Debit or Credit Card, then cashback would be given on Rs 6000 and not Rs. 8000. Similarly, if Rs 6000 is paid using APay balance and Rs 2000 paid using SBI Debit or Credit Card, then customer would not get any cashback because the amount paid using SBI Debit or Credit Card is less than Rs. 5,000.

6. What is the maximum cash back that I can avail?

The maximum cash back per card account is Rs. 1,750 across Site and App during the Offer Period. If multiple cards are linked to the same account, the maximum cashback amount of 1,750 would apply to the account and not to individual cards.

7. Is cash back under this Offer applicable on credit and debit cards?

Yes, the cashback is available on both, SBI Debit and Credit Card.
For the purposes of this Offer, SBI Debit card means debit cards issued by the following:
a. State Bank of India;
b. State Bank of Hyderabad;
c. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur;
d. State Bank of Travancore;
e. State Bank of Mysore;
f. State Bank of Patiala.

8. Can I avail cash back on credit card on EMI?

Yes, the cash back under this Offer is also applicable on EMI, including No Cost EMI availed on SBI Credit Card.

9. Can I avail cash back on card payment for cash on delivery orders? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?

Yes, the cash back under this Offer is also applicable on card payment (only through SBI Debit or Credit Card) made for cash on delivery orders placed during the Offer Period i.e. customers who have chosen the option of cash-on-delivery while placing an order and chose to use SBI Debit or Credit Card for payment on delivery of the order. The payment should be completed by 27th October 2017. However, please note that the facility for payment through cards on delivery is subject to availability of the card accepting machine at the time of delivery and the same cannot be guaranteed. In order to not lose out on the benefits under the Offer, we highly recommend that you pay with your SBI Debit or Credit Card online at the time of placing the order.
Further, net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

10. Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?

No, the cash back under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of:
