Super Saver Weekend Terms & Conditions

1. This Amazon Pantry Super Saver Weekend offer ("Offer") is provided by Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Cloudtail"), Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited ("AODSPL") and the participating brands (“Brands”), and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL") on www.amazon.in or the mobile application/ mobile site thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in").

Amazon Pay Balance is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") in your Amazon account. Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited ("Qwikcilver") and are subject to the Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Gift Card Terms").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in and the Gift Card Terms. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only. ASSPL reserve the right to withdraw the availability of the Offer on amazon.in at any time without prior notice.

3. This Offer is valid for each Saturday and Sunday during the period commencing from February 04, 2017 at 12.00 a.m. (IST) and ending on March 26, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (IST) or until stocks of the Products (defined hereinafter) are available for purchase, whichever is earlier ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Cloudtail, Brands and/or AODSPL in their sole discretion without any prior notice.

4. During the Offer Period, every person who makes a purchase of any product(s) listed by Cloudtail on Amazon.in under the Amazon Pantry category, using their Amazon Pay Balance (such person hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser" and product(s) hereinafter referred to as "Product(s)"), shall be entitled to receive ‘cash back’ as Amazon Pay Balance (in the form of Gift Cards issued by Qwikcilver) in the manner given hereunder:

i. INR 150 cash back as Amazon Pay Balance, if such purchase amount is between a minimum of INR 1000/- and up to INR 1999/-; and

ii. INR 500 cash back as Amazon Pay Balance, if such purchase amount adds up to a minimum of INR 2000/-.

5. The Offer is applicable only for the purchase of Product(s) on Amazon.in under the Amazon Pantry category, using your Amazon Pay Balance during the Offer Period.

6. This offer is not applicable on any diaper product on Amazon Pantry.

7. A Purchaser may only avail the cash back under this Offer once during each month of the Offer Period.

8. In the event such order is cancelled by either the Purchaser or Cloudtail, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive the cash back.

9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion running on Amazon.in

10. The cash back will be credited as Amazon Pay Balance of the eligible Purchaser within twenty one (21) days from the date of order delivery.

11. Gift Cards including any unused Amazon Pay balance, will expire one year from the date of issuance of the Gift Card by Qwikcilver. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. 12. By participating in this Offer, every Purchaser expressly agrees that ASSPL, AODSPL, Brands, Cloudtail or any of their affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Purchaser may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Products.

13. The Brands, Cloudtail and/or AODSPL reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

14. This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
