Other Term & Conditions

1.1. Season's Treatings Offers
1.1.1. The Season's Treatings Offers are promotional offers made by AJIO for the sale of Products on the Platforms, through which Users may avail cashbacks and discount offers. The Season's Treatings Offers comprise of: (a) the Season's Treatings Discount Offer; and (b) the Paytm Promotions.
1.1.2. Season's Treatings Discount Offer:
1.1.2.1. The Season's Treatings Discount Offer is a promotional offer made by AJIO for the sale of all Products (other than Products in the tech category) ("Specified Products") on the Platforms.
1.1.2.2. The Season's Treatings Discount Offer will commence on 13 December 2017, and will continue until 18 December 2017, or such other date on which the Season's Treatings Discount Offer is revoked by AJIO ("Term of the Season's Greetings Discount Offer").
1.1.2.3. During the Term of the Season's Treatings Discount Offer:
(a) Users who purchase the Selected Products from the Platforms, such that the cart value of a single order placed for the purchase of the Selected Products is greater than INR 3,000, can avail of a discount of INR 1,250; and
(b) Users who purchase the Selected Products from the Platforms, such that the cart value of a single order placed for the purchase of the Selected Products is greater than INR 5,000, can avail of a discount of INR 2,500.
1.1.2.4. The discounts specified in paragraph 4.2.2.3 above will automatically apply at the time of checkout of Selected Products.
1.1.2.5. In addition to the above, Users who purchase the Selected Products as specified in paragraph 4.2.2.3 above will receive a coupon code via email from AJIO ("Season's Treatings Discount Coupon").
1.1.2.6. Users may thereafter use the Season's Treatings Discount Coupon on or before 31 December 2017 to avail the following discounts:
(a) a discount of INR 1,350 on the purchase of Selected Products from the Platforms, such that the cart value of a single order placed for the purchase of the Selected Products is greater than INR 3,000; and
(b) a discount of INR 2,500 on the purchase of Selected Products from the Platforms, such that the cart value of a single order placed for the purchase of the Selected Products is greater than INR 5,000.
1.1.2.7. If any Selected Products purchased under the Season's Treatings Discount Offer are returned by Users, the discount will be proportionately rolled back by AJIO.
1.1.2.8. AJIO shall not be responsible for any typographical error leading to an invalid coupon code.
1.1.2.9. If Users have any issues with the Season's Treatings Discount Offer, they may contact AJIO customer care.
1.1.3. Paytm Promotions:
1.1.3.1. The Paytm Promotions are a set of promotional offers made by Paytm E-commerce Private Limited ("Paytm") in partnership with AJIO, for the sale of Products on the Platforms ("Paytm Promotions").
1.1.3.2. The Paytm Promotions will commence on 13 December 2017, and will continue until 18 December 2017, or such other date on which the Paytm Promotions are revoked by AJIO ("Term of the Paytm Promotions").

1.1.3.3. The following offers will be available to Users who purchase products on the Platforms and make payment using their Paytm wallets, such that the cart value of an order placed by Users is equal to or exceeds INR 1,500, after taking into account all applicable Discounts, if any:
(a) Cashback of up to INR 3500 for hotel bookings on Paytm:
(i) Users can avail of a cashback amounting to 35% of the booking value, up to a maximum of INR 3,500 on hotel bookings made on the Paytm mobile application, by using the promotional code provided by AJIO pursuant to the Paytm Promotions. Users must apply this promotional code before selecting the "Proceed to Pay" option;
(ii) In order to avail of this offer, Users must book a minimum of 2 nights at a domestic hotel. This offer is not applicable on five-star hotels and international hotels;
(iii) This offer may be availed of only once per User, and only once per device and IP address;
(iv) There is no minimum order value for Users to be able to avail of this offer;
(v) This offer is valid for all Users on hotel bookings made on the Paytm mobile application;
(vi) The cashback amount will be credited to the Paytm wallet of the users within 24 hours from the completion of the transaction;
(vii) In order to avail of the cashback under this offer, each User must have a verified mobile number on the Paytm platforms; and
(viii) The cashback cannot be availed by Users who cancel the hotel reservations booked on the Paytm platforms.
(b) Cashback on movie tickets booked on Paytm:
(i) Users may use the promotional code provided by AJIO pursuant to the Paytm Promotions to get a 50% cashback (up to a maximum of INR 100) on the ticket price of two movie tickets booked on the Paytm platforms;
(ii) The maximum cashback amount that can be availed under this offer is INR 100. To clarify, (i) Users booking movie tickets for INR 200 will a cashback of INR 100, (ii) Users booking movie tickets for INR 300 will a cashback of INR 100, and (iii) Users booking movie tickets for INR 400 will a cashback of INR 100;
(iii) This offer is not applicable on movie theaters which accept only advance tokens (such that the ticket price is to be paid at the counter);
(iv) This promotional code is only applicable for movie tickets booked on www.paytm.com and the Paytm mobile application;
(v) The promotional code is valid on a minimum booking of two tickets; and
(vi) The promotional code can be used once per User.
(c) INR 100 instant cashback on Paytm wallet transactions:
(i) Users can avail of a cashback of INR 100 for the purchase of products from the AJIO platforms using their Paytm wallets;
(ii) Cashback is valid for only 1 time per user during the Offer period
(iii) In order to avail of this offer, the minimum cart value of an order placed by Users must equal to or exceed INR 1,500;
(iv) The cashback availed under this offer will be cancelled in case of a full refund or cancellation of the orders placed by Users on the AJIO platforms. In case of a partial refund on the orders, the proportional amount of the cashback will be rolled back by Paytm;
(v) No coupon code is required to be used by Users to avail of this offer; and
(vi) The cashback amount will be credited to the Paytm wallet of the users within 24 hours from the completion of the transaction.

1.1.3.4. In addition to the offers specified under paragraph 4.2.1.3 above, the following offers will be available to Users who purchase products on the Platforms and make payment using their Paytm wallets, such that the cart value of an order placed by Users is equal to or exceeds INR 2,500, after taking into account all applicable Discounts, if any:
(a) Cashback on bus ticket bookings on Paytm:
(i) Users can avail of a cashback of INR 125 on bus ticket bookings made on the Paytm platforms;
(ii) The offer can be availed of a maximum of twice per User;
(iii) The minimum booking value for each transaction must be INR 250;
(iv) This offer is applicable only on bus ticket bookings, and is valid only for Users who have not previously booked bus tickets on the Paytm platforms;
(v) The cashback amount will be credited to the Paytm wallet of the Users within 24 hours from the completion of the transaction;
(vi) In order to avail of the cashback under this offer, each User must have a verified mobile number on the Paytm platforms; and
(vii) The cashback cannot be availed by Users who cancel the bus tickets booked on the Paytm platforms.
(b) Cashback of INR 750 on flight tickets booked on Paytm:
(i) Users can avail a cashback of INR 750 for on booking a minimum of two flight tickets from the Paytm platforms. To clarify, Users must book a minimum of one set of round trip tickets, or two separate tickets in a single order to be able to avail of this offer;
(ii) There is no minimum order value for Users to be able to avail of this offer;
(iii) This offer is applicable only on flight ticket bookings, and is valid only for Users who have not previously booked flight tickets on the Paytm platforms;
(iv) The cashback amount will be credited to the Paytm wallet of the users within 24 hours from the completion of the transaction;
(v) In order to avail of the cashback under this offer, each User must have a verified mobile number on the Paytm platforms; and
(vi) The cashback cannot be availed by Users who cancel the flight tickets booked on the Paytm platforms.

1.1.3.5. The offers specified in paragraphs 4.2.1.3 and 4.2.1.4 above (other than the offer specified in paragraph 4.2.1.3 (c) above) may be availed by Users on the Paytm platforms until 31 May 2018.
1.1.3.6. Users must utilize the vouchers emailed to them by AJIO in order to avail of the offers specified in paragraphs 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 above (other than the offer specified in paragraph 4.2.3.3 above, which does not require a voucher). The vouchers will be sent to Users via email within 10 working days from the date of purchase of Products from the Platforms.
1.1.3.7. The Paytm Promotions may not be availed by Users who cancel the purchase of Products on the Platforms.
1.1.3.8. The terms and conditions issued by Paytm as mentioned on https://paytm.com/about-us/our-policies/#tandc shall also be applicable to the Paytm Promotions, and such terms and conditions may be modified at any time by Paytm without notice to the Users.

1.1.4. The Season's Treatings Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by Paytm or AJIO.
