• The cashback is applicable on the cumulative value of all Amazon Pay balance transactions during the offer period (subject to offer conditions being met).
• Orders paid only using Amazon Pay balance with no other payment instruments included will only be eligible for the offer.
• Only one order per day is eligible for the offer.
• The customer will receive the cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance, which would be credited to their Amazon.in account by April 30, 2017.
• The total cashback is subject to a maximum sum of Rs.200 for all customers and Rs.300 for Prime registered customers.

Terms and Conditions

1.This Amazon Pay Balance Triple Saver Offer ("Offer") is provided by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited ("AODSPL") and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL"/"Amazon") on www.amazon.in and its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in"). "Amazon Pay Balance" is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") in your Amazon.in account. Amazon.in Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited ("Qwikcilver") and are subject to the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Gift Card Terms").

2.You agree that, by participating in or availing this Offer, you will be bound by these terms and conditions ("Offer Terms"). These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale which you agree by using Amazon.in and the Gift Card Terms available at http://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201522810. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.

3.This Offer will commence on 20th February, 2017 and end on 31st March, 2017 ("Offer Period"), unless extended/terminated by AODSPL, in their sole discretion without any prior notice.

4.During the Offer Period, every customer who successfully places three or more orders of a minimum amount of Rs. 500 during the Offer Period on Amazon.in shall be entitled to receive cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance (by way of Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Qwikcilver in accordance with the following conditions, subject to the Offer Terms:
(a) Shop on Amazon.in using your Amazon Pay balance to avail 10% cashback as Amazon Pay balance, if you place 3 or more orders during the Offer Period each for Rs.500 or above. The cashback amount will be credited to the Amazon.in account of the customer to the tune of:-
(i) Up to Rs.300 cashback for Prime customers
(ii) Up to Rs.200 cashback for all customers
(b) The Offer is applicable only if each of the three orders placed on Amazon.in is of the minimum transaction amount of Rs. 500 using only Amazon Pay balance during the Offer Period and not by combination of payment methods.
(c) The Offer is applicable for all successful transactions upon adjustment for refunds, conducted on Amazon.in using your Amazon Pay Balance during Offer Period.
(d) The maximum cumulative cash back for Amazon.in Prime customers is Rs.300 and Rs. 200 cash back for all customers across 3 or more transactions worth Rs. 500 or more conducted on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
(e) Only 1 order per day will be eligible.

5.This offer is not valid on purchase of:

(a) Amazon.in Gift Card(s),
(b) Annual Paid Prime membership.
(c) Gold coins/Precious Jewelry.
(d) Samsung mobile phones
(e) Orders placed on the Amazon Now App, and
(f) Bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs)

The applicable cashback amount under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon.in account in the form of Amazon Pay Balance by April 30, 2017.

6.Customer availing any other cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance on Amazon.in during the Offer Period will not be eligible for this Offer (other offers currently active on Amazon.in include Amazon Pantry Super Saver Weekend and Amazon Fashion Cashback).

7.The queries regarding the Offer need to be directed to AODSPL and will be entertained only till expiry of the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the cashback need to be directed to AODSPL and will be entertained only till 30th May, 2017.

8.Neither AODSPL nor ASSPL does not make a warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services, in relation to any products purchased by you from Amazon.in). You hereby release AODSPL and ASSPL from liability of any kind relating to the aforesaid.

9.Orders eligible for any other cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance on Amazon.in during the Offer Period will not be eligible for this Offer (other offers currently active on Amazon.in include Amazon Pantry Super Saver Weekend and Amazon Fashion Cashback) All orders will be eligible for only one cash back offer.

10.In the event of any cancellation of your order (either by you of the seller), the amount of the cancelled order will not be eligible for the Offer and the transaction amount will be excluded from the transaction amount for the purposes of this Offer, subject to the minimum transactions amount.

11.In the event, you return the product(s) the amount of the returned products will not be eligible for the Offer and the transaction amount will be excluded from the transaction amount for the purposes of this Offer, subject to the minimum transactions amount.

12.There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.

13.All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the products and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you.

14.The Offer is subject to laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising out of this Offer.

15.No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefits under the Offer shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions of AODSPL or ASSPL (as the case may be) related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by AODSPL or ASSPL (as the case may be) to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

16.You or any Amazon.in customer is not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.

17.AODSPL and/or ASSPL reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
