Rs 999 of eligible products, excluding discounts and delivery fees.

Are all products eligible for the offer?

Offer is applicable only on Amazon Pantry products (except infant nutrition products). If a customer’s order contains other products (not belonging to Amazon Pantry), order value will be calculated excluding such products.

Is this offer applicable on cash on delivery or card on delivery?

No, Cash on Delivery and card on delivery are not eligible for this offer.

Yes, this offer can be clubbed with any other offer running on Amazon Pantry.

What is the maximum cashback I can avail under this offer?

A customer can avail a maximum cashback of INR 124, if all items are purchased in the order.

Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?

No, promo code is not required to avail this offer.

When will I get the cashback?

• You'll receive your cashback within 3 working days of order delivery

• You will not receive the cashback until the transaction is complete (i.e. for transactions being processed)

• You will not receive the cashback if the transaction is cancelled or has failed

• You can also check the cashback provided to you, in your Amazon Pay balance account.

What happens if I reject/return/cancel the order?

If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 2000 under the offer, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 876 (INR 124 will be adjusted against the cashback credited)
