What is Amazon Pantry’s Prime Day Rs 600 cashback offer?

(a) The offer is divided into two parts:

(i) Part 1: Get Rs 150 back on your order on Pantry worth Rs 1500 on Prime Day (6th and 7th August, 2020 – Offer qualifying period)

(ii) Part 2: Get Rs 450 worth cashback coupons for future (3 coupons of flat 150 cashback each valid for next 3 months – Sep, Oct and Nov, 2020)

(b) Minimum order value on Pantry on Prime Day – Rs 1500 using Amazon Pay balance only

(c) Offer applicable on all Amazon Pantry products except infant nutrition products

(d) Offer is valid for all customers who are Prime members at the time of purchase

(e) Cashback will be credited within 3 working days from the date of shipment.

(i) Your Amazon account information has to be fully updated with your name, email and phone number for you to be eligible for the cashback

(ii) Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the refund amount of cancelled / returned order(s)/item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the Offer.

How can I avail this offer?

(a) Offer is targeted and is applicable for customers as per conditions in the offer banners

(b) Place your order on Amazon Pantry worth Rs 1500 using Amazon Pay balance (only) between 6th August, 2020 and 7th August, 2020 (Offer qualifying period) and get flat Rs 150 back as Amazon Pay balance

(c) Along with the flat 150 cashback (as per (b)), you will also unlock 3 coupons of 150 cashback each (max cashback Rs 450 put together for all the coupons) which can be availed for your next 3 month orders on Pantry

(d) Rs 150 cashback (as per (a)) and future coupon cashback of Rs 450 (as per (c)) will be issued within 3 working days from the date of shipment

(e ) You will be notified via email/app push/SMS on your future unlocked coupons with details on required minimum purchase value for future month offers

(f) Offer is applicable on all Amazon Pantry products except infant nutrition products

(g) Any cancelled order/item(s) from an order will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order/item will be adjusted with the cashback amount (if credited)

What do I need to do after I unlock the Rs 450 future cashback offer?

(a) After you place a qualifying order (Rs 1500 using Amazon Pay balance) on Amazon Pantry between 6th August, 2020 and 7th August, 2020, you will receive an email/sms/push notification informing you of future Pantry cashback coupons worth Rs 450.

(b) Click on the notification and come to rewards page where you will see the 3 future month Amazon Pantry cashback coupons. Each coupon will be for 150 cashback each on future orders worth Rs, 1500 using Amazon Pay balance (for customers who have not placed any order on Amazon Pantry till 31st July, 2020) and Rs 2000 using Amazon Pay balance (for customers who have placed even 1 order on Amazon Pantry on or before 31st July, 2020).

(c) You must click and collect the cashback coupons to be able to avail offer on your future purchases

(d) After you have collected all the 3 coupons, come back as per the timelines of each of the coupons (1st to 30th September, 1st to 31st October and 1st and 30th November, 2020) and make a purchase on Amazon Pantry (as per valid timelines mentioned in the coupon) using Amazon Pay balance and get 150 cashback (max cashback Rs 450) once per order for each month.

(e) Max cashback that you can avail under this offer is Rs 450 (for all the coupons put together)

Is a Promo code/coupon code required to avail the offer?

No promo code/coupon code is required to get the cashback on Prime Day (Rs 150 cashback). However, you need to collect the future offer coupons before placing your order to get the cashback for future months (Rs 450 cashback).

Will this offer be over and above other offers?

Cashback will be computed on the product price post coupon discounts applied.

When will I get the cash back?

The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon account as Amazon Pay balance within 3 business days from date of shipping

What if I cancel/return my order?

Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the refund amount of cancelled / returned orders/item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the Offer. Kindly note that, the cashbacks are offered at an item level in a pro-rata basis. For example, if the total order value at the time of purchase is INR 10,000 (across 4 items), max. cashback of INR 1000 will be offered at a pro-rata basis across all 4 items. If for any reason, the customer chooses to return a product worth INR 2500, for instance, the cashback against that item will be adjusted (net off) against the refund amount. In this case, even though the current net order value is INR 7500, the customer will not receive INR 1000, as cashback is at a pro-rata basis.

Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?

The offer is eligible on all Amazon Pantry products except infant nutrition products

Can I get cashback across multiple orders?

No, this order is valid only once per customer. The order value on Pantry should be above the minimum threshold for the offer post discounts applied. In case an offer eligible order is placed and cancelled, the customer is ineligible for the offer on any other order placed during the offer period.

My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.
