This limited period promotional offer (""Offer"") is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (""Amazon"") in relation to the Amazon.in Prime Music service / offering which can be availed on the website www.music.am...in and the ‘Amazon Music’ mobile application (""Amazon Prime Music"").

These offer terms and conditions (""Offer Terms"") are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the use of Amazon Prime Music. To the extent such terms and conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.

This Offer is valid from 29th Jun, 2021 to 30th Jun, 2021 (both dates inclusive) (""Offer Period""), unless revoked or extended by Amazon, in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without liability.

This Offer is only available to Amazon.in Prime members who have a paid annual plan and have never streamed music on Amazon Prime Music (""Eligible Member""). Users who are under ‘free trail’ period are not eligible for this Offer. This Offer will only be provided to the Eligible Members who access Amazon Prime Music during the Offer Period and undertake the steps mentioned here in accordance with these Offer Terms. Amazon’s decision in this regard shall be final.

During the Offer Period, any Eligible Member who signs into Amazon Prime Music using Amazon.in account credentials and streams any song on Amazon Prime Music for the first time ever for at least 30 seconds (without any interruption), will be eligible to receive a promotional reward and benefit of INR 100 (""Reward"").

The Reward will be provided in the form of an Amazon Pay Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Member only after the Eligible member has made a transaction of Rs.400 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred only) on amazon.in (website or application) by 1st Jul. The use and redemption of the Amazon Pay Gift Card and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

Each Eligible Member will be eligible to receive Reward only once during the Offer Period.

The Reward will be provided to the Eligible Member within a maximum of 30 minutes from the time at which the Eligible Member streams the song on Amazon Prime Music.

It is clarified that if the Eligible Member had streamed any song or content on Amazon Prime Music before, such Eligible Member will not be entitled to this Offer and the Reward.

The expiry date for redeeming the Reward is 1st Jul, 2021.

Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Under no circumstances will the reward under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.

By participating in this Offer, every Eligible Member expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to in relation to the streaming of the song / content on Amazon Prime Music.

Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates makes any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or for performance or after sales services), in relation to the transactions made on Amazon.in.

Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Member from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by such Eligible Member for the purpose of availing the Offer.

Any query / issue in relation to the availability of this Offer and the Reward under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period and should be addressed to Amazon customer support. Post the Offer Period, Amazon shall not entertain any such queries / issues.

Amazon reserves the right to decide the persons who are eligible for this Offer. Amazon’s decision in this regard shall be final.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters / disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.

A failure by Amazon to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

As per RBI regulations, it is mandatory for customers to have their names associated with their Amazon accounts to receive cashback.

Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

The users are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
