What is the Offer?

Amazon.in Super Value Day Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Amazon Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.amazon.in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding ebooks and apps.

2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card ("Gift Card Terms") issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

3. This Amazon.in Super Value Day Gift Card promotion offer ("Offer"), is valid for a period of 2 days only, commencing from 1st January, 2017 12:00 AM to 2nd January, 2017 11:59 PM, both days inclusive ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

4. Under this Offer, any person who purchases any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in or from Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in or on Amazon Now App ("Purchaser") during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 100 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 300 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 600 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 3000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser would be entitled to the Gift Card provided that the purchase order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and the purchased product should not have been rejected, returned or refunded by the Purchaser. Delivery fees or Pantry box fees will be excluded while calculating eligibility for Gift Card.

5. This Offer is valid if the value of a single order made by the Purchaser, from the Super Value Day Store or from Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in or on Amazon Now App, alone is equal to or more than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 to receive an INR 100 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 to receive an INR 300 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 3000 to receive an INR 600 Gift Card. The Purchaser shall not be eligible for getting the Gift Card if he places multiple orders individually less than INR 1000 but cumulatively aggregating to INR 1000, INR 2000 or INR 3000 on products in the ‘Super Value Day Store’ or Amazon Pantry Store or on the Amazon Now App. For example, if the Purchaser places 5 different orders from within the ‘Super Value Day Store’ of Rs. 200 each, he shall not be eligible for the Offer. Similarly, if a customer places 3 Orders of INR 1000 each, he shall be eligible only for the INR 100 Gift Card offer. Delivery fees or Pantry box fees will not be considered while calculating eligibility for Gift Card.

6. The Offer can be availed by one customer only once in the 'Super Value Day Store' or Amazon Pantry Store. In case of multiple orders of eligible products from the Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store, the highest eligible order would be considered. For example, if a customer places 3 separate orders from products shown in the 'Super Value Day Store' of INR. 3001, INR. 1000 and INR 2010, the INR 3001 transaction would be considered from the 'Super Value Day Store' and customer would be eligible for a single INR 600 Gift Card for the INR 3001 transaction.

7. This Offer is not valid on purchase of products not listed in the Super Value Day Store or not listed in Amazon Now App. All products listed in the Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in qualify for the offer.

8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer of Amazon or promotion running on Amazon.in, other than the “Shop faster with Amazon Pay balance: Up to 10% back” offer and the additional ICICI offer described below.

9. Gift Cards are brought to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited and the participating brands.

10. Each subscription under Subscribe & Save is considered as an individual order.

11. The Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 90 days from the date of purchase.

12. Gift Cards, including the Amazon Pay balance will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

14. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.

Additional Offer for ICICI customers

1. What is the offer? In addition to the above offer, get an Amazon Gift Card additionally on using ICICI Bank credit or debit Card. The value of gift card issued will be INR100 on purchase equal to or greater than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000, INR 250 on purchase equal to or greater than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 and INR400 on purchase equal to or greater than INR 3000. 2. How can I avail this offer? Subject to the below terms and conditions of the offer, transact using ICICI Bank credit or debit card for the entire purchase value on Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon Now App and you need to have a transaction of Rs. 1000 and above. There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process.

3. What is the value back that I can get?

The value back is as per the below slabs, if entire purchase value is transacted using ICICI Bank credit or debit card:

a.Spend Rs. 1000-Rs. 1999 : Get Rs. 100 as Amazon Gift Card

b.Spend Rs. 2000-Rs. 2999 : Get Rs. 250 as Amazon Gift Card

c.Spend Rs. 3000 and above : Get Rs. 400 as Amazon Gift Card

4. When will I get the gift card?

Gift card will be credited to the card holder's account latest by 31st March 2017.

5. Is this offer applicable on ICICI Netbanking?

No, the offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank Credit and/or Debit Card.

6. Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?

No, you do not need a promo code. Just transact through ICICI Bank credit or debit card for the entire purchase value. This offer is not valid on Net Banking and Amex ICICI cards.

7. Can I avail the offer on more than one purchase?

No. This is applicable on only one purchase per card. The Purchaser would be entitled to the Gift Card provided that the purchase order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and the purchased product should not have been rejected, returned or refunded by the Purchaser. 8. What is the minimum purchase that I need to do with this card?

You need to have a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000 on the Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store or Amazon Now App in one transaction on your ICICI bank credit and/or debit card to be eligible for the gift card.

9. What is the maximum value back that I can avail?

You can avail a maximum of Rs. 400 additional on your ICICI bank credit and/or debit card. This offer is not valid on Netbanking or Amex ICICI cards

10. Can I avail additional value on credit card on EMI?

Yes. The additional value back is also for EMI options.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer ("Offer") is from ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI") under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon").

2. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI bank Net banking, credit and/or debit card (excluding Amex ICICI cards) ("Card") ("Cardholder").

3. The validity of the Offer is only on the following dates: 1st and 2nd January 2017, unless extended by ICICI and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.

4. Under the Offer, any Cardholder who makes a purchase of any product(s) listed on Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store or Amazon Now App for entire transaction value using his/her debit or credit card issued by ICICI bank will be provided an Amazon Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) ("GC") worth the below values, provided that the order for such products is not cancelled or rejected or returned or refunded:

a.Spend Rs. 1000-Rs. 1999 : Get Rs. 100 as Amazon Gift Card

b.Spend Rs. 2000-Rs. 2999 : Get Rs. 250 as Amazon Gift Card

c.Spend Rs. 3000 and above : Get Rs. 400 as Amazon Gift Card

5. The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the EMI facility provided by ICICI bank.

6. The maximum value of a GC provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 400.

7. ICICI and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

8. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

9. ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

10. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.

11. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

12. By participation in this Offer, you hereby agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the Offer.

13. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by ICICI or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

14. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for select Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of ICICI card member agreement between such Cardholder and ICICI.

15. All disputes between the Cardholders and ICICI, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
