Terms
- Valid only in cities and Pin codes where Big Basket & BB now are serviceable in. Please check if you are serviceable before purchasing gift cards.
- Gift Card can be used on BB now, BigBasket website, App and M-site
- Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
- Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
- Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit
- If the customer misplaces the gift card, BigBasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
- No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
