Terms and conditions for Consumer contest: : “Buy any Dabur oral care product worth Rs 99 or more and get a chance to win Rs 3000 in your Jio mart wallet”

These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Dabur India LTD (“Dabur”)and conducted by Reliance Retail Ltd (“Customer”) on the Product i.e. select Dabur oral care products available across select stores and cities. For select stores and Product information, please check with your store manager to check the availability of the Promotional Offer.

 

The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 1/09/2021 to 30/ 09/2021 subject to availability of the Products.

 

Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers will get to be part of a consumer contest and get a chance to win a wallet balance of JioMart worth 3000 Indian rupees.

 

Consumers purchasing select Dabur Oral care Products with a minimum value of 99 rupees will be eligible to be part of the contest.

 

The eligible entries with complete contact details including mobile number shared while billing, shall stand a chance to win a wallet balance of JioMart worth 3000 Indian rupees,

 

From the set of eligible entries across the country 200 winning entries would be selected by random selection.

 

The decision taken by Reliance shall be final and binding on the participating customer.

 

Reliance reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Reliance if possible, will replace the Promotional offer reward worth the equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Dabur shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Customer.

 

Reliance reserves the right to deny honouring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any shopper without providing shopper any explanation thereof

 

The reward cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.

 

The reward cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations.

 

Dabur or Reliance shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the gift voucher. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.

 

Customer may change (add to, delete, or amend) its booking terms from time to time.

 

The customer data received during the Promotional Offer by Dabur is confidential and will not be used or shared with any individual or entity for any further analysis/ promotion. The data will be discarded once the Promotional Offer ends. Consumers sharing any data on the Customer platform will be subject to the privacy terms of the Customer, as may be applicable and Dabur shall not be responsible for the same.

 

The participating customer may, at the request of Dabur participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to DABUR INDIA LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customer agrees and consents to Dabur to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard

 

The decision of Dabur or its Customer, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

 

No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Dabur and its Customer from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

 

The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

 

The use of Customer name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Customer in Dabur. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Dabur and Customer, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.

 

This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

 

Total number of winners will be 200 in the contest.

 

Details of winners will be available at all stores where contest is running after the contest gets over.

 

The contest will be conducted in the states permitted under the Lottery Act 1998.
