These terms and conditions govern the Voonik Primo Programme (“Primo”),
and form a binding agreement between you and Voonik Technologies
Private Limited (“Voonik”). If you sign up for Primo, you accept these
terms and conditions in entirety. Additionally, your usage of any of the
other services or products of Voonik continue to be governed by their
respective ‘terms of use’, ‘privacy policy’ and other applicable legal
documents.
Membership
- Membership
to Primo may be purchased through the various Voonik portals /
marketplaces, while making a purchase of another product.
- Payment for the membership may be made either through cash on delivery (“COD”) or through online prepayment (“Prepaid”).
- The term of the membership to Primo is 6 (six) months from the date of purchase (“Term”).
Membership Fee
- The
Voonik Primo membership fee (“Fee”) is stated on the Voonik Primo
information page. The Fee charged may vary from time to time, and unless
specifically stated otherwise, is inclusive of all taxes.
- The Fee is non-refundable and the membership may not be cancelled once purchased, except as provided within these terms.
Membership Benefits
Shipping:
- Primo
members are eligible for free shipping on all purchases, unless a
chosen product is expressly disclaimed as Primo ineligible.
- There is no limitation on the number of items qualifying for this benefit when purchased within the Term.
Rewards:
- Primo
members get rewards and loyalty bonuses of up to Rs.200 in the form of
Voonik credits, with every purchase or renewal of Primo.
- Voonik
credits received through Primo may be used to purchase any product on
the Voonik marketplace, subject to a limit of Rs.100 per purchase.
- This is benefit subject to availability from seller partners, and may be withdrawn without notice.
Voonik Sales:
- Primo members receive exclusive and/or early access to sales held on all Voonik platforms.
- Primo members must enable notifications through email, SMS and/or the mobile app to make use of this feature.
Personal Styling:
- i. Primo customers can make use of Voonik’s personalised styling and expert shopping advice services.
- ii.
This feature will soon be launched on the Voonik platforms, and will be
governed by separate terms and conditions, to which the Primo member
must adhere in order to use this service.
Premium Customer Support:
- i. Primo customers will receive prioritized customer support, and callbacks through our missed call service.
- ii. Missed-call callbacks will be regulated by availability of customer support, and may not be immediate.
Pizza Hut:
- Rs. 101 off on a bill of Rs. 400/-
- Offer
not valid on Overloaded Big, Magic Pan and Magic Range pizzas and it
can’t be availed on public holidays and on airport stores.
- Offer Valid on Order Online till 31st Oct, 2017
- Offer can’t be combined with other offers/promotion run by Yum Restaurant India Pvt. Ltd./Pizza Hut.
- Offer not valid on combo meals and/or already discounted meal offers
- It is mandatory to announce the offer before placing the order for its redemption
Gifts:
- Voonik
might contact Primo customers on their birthdays with special offers
and/or gifts. Primo customers consent to such communication and
deliveries.
- No exchange or return is possible for a birthday gift delivered under Primo.
Membership Conditions
- Voonik reserves the right to accept or refuse Primo membership, at its sole discretion.
- Primo members consent to receiving communication from Voonik through any registered medium of communication
- Primo membership or any benefits thereunder are not transferable.
- Primo
members may not use their membership to purchase products for the
purpose of resale or rental, and the Primo services may not be used by
any party to ship products to its own customers or potential customers.
- Voonik may, at its sole discretion, choose to modify the benefits provided under Primo.
- Voonik’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
- Voonik
and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to
Primo.
- Total liability for Primo, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the Fee last paid.
- The
exclusions and limitations of liability contained within these terms
and in the provisions of other policies applicable to a Primo member’s
use of the Voonik platform, shall apply to the fullest extent permitted
under applicable law and will survive the cancellation or termination of
Primo membership.
Agreement
- Voonik
may, in its sole discretion, alter and amend these terms or any aspect
of Primo, including the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ on the
Voonik platforms, without any notice to members. You are required to
visit the website from time to time and be informed of any changes in
these terms and conditions.
- If
any modification, described in Section 17 above, is found invalid,
void, or for any reason unenforceable, it is hereby clarified that that
modification is severable and will not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining terms.
- Continued
usage of Primo after any change in these terms is effected, indicates
and constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
- Voonik
may terminate the Primo membership of a user, at its sole discretion,
without provision of notice, in the event that the Primo member engages
in conduct that violates these terms or any applicable law, or involves
fraud or misuse of the Primo membership, or is harmful to the interests
of Voonik or any other user on the Voonik platform.
