• You are eligible for a 20% cashback ("Cashback") with a maximum cashback of INR 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) during the offer period.
• The Offer is valid from 00:00 Hours - 13^th January 2017 to 23:59 Hours - 15^th January 2017 (Offer Period).
• This Cashback Offer is being conducted by M/s PhonePe Private Limited (PhonePe/Company).The Offer Period may or may not be extended at the sole discretion of the Company.
• The Offer is available on the website of Flipkart Internet Private Limited (www.flipkart.com), android mobile app ( ("Flipkart") for purchases made using PhonePe UPI (Unified Payment Interface) payment option only.
• To avail this Offer on Flipkart Android app, you will need to download the latest version of the Flipkart app from the Google Play Store
• There is no minimum transaction limit for this Offer.
• The Cashback Offer is valid only on your first UPI transaction on Flipkart during the Offer Period.
• The Cashback would be credited to your PhonePe wallet.
• The Cashback amount credited to your PhonePe wallet can be withdrawn to your linked bank account using PhonePe app.
• In order to avail this Offer, you need to link your bank account on PhonePe and set your MPIN (UPI PIN). It could be done in two ways:
1. Download the PhonePe App from the Google Play Store and register with PhonePe using Your mobile linked with your bank account and add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).
2. Click on PhonePe UPI option on payments page of Flipkart, finish the registration with the mobile number linked with Your bank account, add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).
• In case where cashback has been credited to your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of Cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
• In the event You have placed an order for two or more products on which this Cashback Offer is applicable, the Cashback Offer shall be applicable on a sum of the selected products.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Subject to the terms and conditions of the PhonePe wallet being accepted and Your Flipkart Account phone number being verified, Your PhonePe wallet shall be activated.
• In order to activate Your PhonePe wallet, You shall be first required to verify Your registered mobile number with PhonePe through the link on Order Details page.
• Subject to any applicable law and guidelines, in case the cashback amount alongwith the amount available in Your wallet exceeds the monthly allowable limit of PhonePe wallet, You will have to take a bank transfer of Your due cashback amount. Once such an amount is transferred to Your bank, the status of cashback will be considered as fulfilled
• You may not get cashback if Your Flipkart and/or PhonePe account is blacklisted
• The Offer is not applicable for International phone numbers.
• This Cashback Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges
• You will receive cashback within 4 hours in respect of those orders for products which are successfully placed and accepted on Flipkart.
• Cancellation of one or more product(s) (unit/item) in an order on which this Cashback Offer is applicable will lead to cancellation of the complete order.
• If the payment is paid partly by the PhonePe UPI, the Cashback amount will be calculated on the effective amount paid i.e., only the amount paid using PhonePe UPI.
• PhonePe and Flipkart are NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality made available to You under this Cashback Offer on the products/services (shortly referred as Claims).
• Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation in this Cashback Offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
• PhonePe holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to You.
• All taxes, liabilities and/or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by You and/or billed to Your account.
• Products offered under this Cashback Offer are subject to availability from the respective sellers at Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. and in no circumstances Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
• If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Flipkart or PhonePe or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Flipkart and/ or PhonePe or any other entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of PhonePe or Flipkart or the merchant, then Flipkart and/or PhonePe and/or the merchant shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart and/or PhonePe.
• The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only
• Nothing expressed or implied in this Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on Flipkart.com
• Under no circumstance will the goods purchased/ services obtained during the Offer period be settled in cash.
• Flipkart and/or PhonePe shall not be held liable for any reason, including but not limited to any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the products/services.
• Flipkart and/or PhonePe shall not also be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to You, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the Offer
• Flipkart reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/cancel or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw/cancel it altogether at its sole discretion.
• Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 31st January, 2017, Post such date, Flipkart or PhonePe will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customers/persons.
