2) what is a ZEE5 bundle prepaid pack?
Prepaid users can recharge their Vi prepaid connection with a ZEE5 bundle pack and enjoy 1 year ZEE5 premium subscription. The ZEE5 bundle prepaid packs are available for recharge plans of INR 355, 405, 595, 795 and FR plans of INR 405/455 (select circles)/ 595/795. These packs vary in telco benefits and validity period. Refer details in above table.
3) i am a Vi postpaid customer. How can I avail the offer?
ZEE5 premium subscription offer has been withdrawn effective 10th March 2021 for post paid subscribers
4) how do I activate the ZEE5 premium subscription now?
If you are a Prepaid users kindly to recharge your number with a ZEE5 prepaid pack. After successful recharge, you will receive a recharge success SMS. It also has a ZEE5 activation link that you need to click in order to activate the ZEE5 premium annual subscription.
5) i am a Vi prepaid customer and have not received any activation link.
Please verify if you have made an eligible ZEE5 premium pack recharge. You could also visit http://zee5offer.vimoviesandtv.in to go through the activation process.
6) i have activated the offer. how do I access ZEE5 now?
That’s great! You will now receive your ZEE5 credentials on SMS. You can then login to ZEE5 app or website using those credentials and enjoy the best ZEE5 movies & shows for a year.
7) i cannot find the SMS with ZEE5 credentials. how do I login to ZEE5 now?
Don’t worry – If you have successfully activated the offer, we have applied the 1 year ZEE5 premium subscription against the mobile number used for recharge and offer activation. You can login to ZEE5 app/website and click on ‘Forgot password’. You will receive an OTP to reset your password. Please note this is not an OTP based login but OTP to reset password.
8) i have clicked on the Activate button on the Activation page but it is throwing an error.
If you have bought the ZEE5 bundle pack a while back and trying immediately after, please wait for some time and retry again.
9) i am unable to launch ZEE5 app. it asks me to come via Vi Movies and TV app even when I have activated the ZEE5 one year subscription.
If you are facing this issue after a successful ZEE5 pack recharge, please delete and reinstall the ZEE5 app from Google play store/app store. In case the issue persists, reach out to ZEE5 support team - https://helpcenter.zee5.com/
10) are there any additional costs/subscription charges that I need to pay ZEE5?
ZEE5 premium annual subscription offer is available at no extra cost on one year subscription basis to eligible subscribers. The subscription expires after the period of one year. In order to continue to enjoy ZEE5 premium pack you need to keep your Vi number active by recharging with any Prepaid Recharge which provides service validity
11) if I recharge again with the ZEE5 bundle pack after my 1 year ZEE5 premium subscription is over, will I get the offer again?
ZEE5 premium subscription offer is for one year which is a once in a life time offer and you can avail it only once on a Vi mobile number.
12) what happens if I choose to port my number?
This offer is exclusively available to eligible Vi subscribers only. Your 1 year subscription of ZEE5 premium will end as soon as you move out of VIL network.
13) i do not have a Vi connection. can I avail the offer?
This offer is available only to Vi customers. You can purchase a Vi connection to be able to enjoy the best of ZEE5 movies & shows with an annual ZEE5 premium subscription available with prepaid pack of Rs. 405! New customers can recharge with RC 405/455 (select circles only)/595 /795 as FR – refer table above.
14) i am unable to play any ZEE5 content. what do I do?
