JioMart Flat 10% Cashback Max Rs.500 With RBL Cards

Terms & Conditions

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is for all the RBL Bank (“RBL Bank”) Debit & Credit card holders shopping on www.jiomart.com(“JioMart”) and is open to all the card holders with a valid and unexpired RBL Bank Debit & Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by RBL Bank.  
2. The Offer will be made available 10th August (00:00:00 Hrs) to 13th August 2021 (23:59:00 Hrs) (“Offer Period”), unless extended by RBL Bank.
3. Eligibility: This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start date.
4. During the Offer Period, eligible cardholder can avail cash back Offer from RBL Bank on transactions undertaken on JioMart, using RBL Bank Debit & Credit card as below, during the Offer Period.

5. Maximum Cash back per card account during the Offer Period will be Rs. 500.00 Cashback will be posted only on valid card account holder at the time of cashback fulfillment.
6. Offer is applicable once per card.
7. Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 1000.00 on a RBL Bank Debit & Credit card will not be eligible for the Offer
8. Cash back to be credited to the valid Card Holder’s account within 90 days from the date of transaction. 
9. Any query regarding the cash back will be entertained by RBL Bank till 90 days after the date of transaction/ purchase. Post such date; RBL Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
10. In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
11. If the User cancels a part of his/her order, or if the User has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis the eligibility.
12. RBL Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products.
13. The Offer/ benefits under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by JioMart on www.jiomart.com or participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
14. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered over and above the Offer can be availed by the Cardholders as per the applicable terms for such offers.
15. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. RBL Bank or JioMart shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
16. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability with JioMart and accordingly RBL Bank or JioMart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
17. RBL Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.
18. Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered under this program be settled with cash in lieu by RBL Bank or by JioMart
19. All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
20. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by RBL Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against JioMart.
21. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
22. All disputes under the Offer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
