What is the Offer?

• 10% cashback on transactions through CRED pay up to ? 100 /- for the eligible orders placed on JioMart App, JioMart mobile-site or website.
• This offer is applicable for payments made by CRED pay and not applicable on any other payment mode including cash-on-delivery.

What is the Offer Period?

• From 00:00 hrs on 9th February 2022, to 23:59 hrs 28th February 2022.

How do I check if the product is eligible for the Offer?

• Offer will be listed on the product page, please check before making the purchase.

How will I know if I will get the cashback?

• Users will get a whatsapp notification to claim cashback, Additionally users can also find it in the Rewards section of CRED platform to claim once transaction is completed.

Where should I contact in case I didn't receive the cashback in CRED account within 7 days?

• Users can contact CRED support from the settings section under your profile on CRED app.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such a user shall be 18 years.
• JioMart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Offer can be availed twice per month during the Offer Period by a user.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The User shall indemnify and hold JioMart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable legal charges) that may be suffered by JioMart, CRED and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by user; (ii) violation of applicable laws by user; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the user.
• All applicable government Levies shall be payable by the user at the time of the respective Offer.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• User agrees that, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this offer.
