What is Medcash?

This is a virtual wallet to store Medlife Medcash. Each cash unit is equivalent to Re.1. It can be redeemed / adjusted against Medlife defined usage limits, terms and conditions with any products or services  (except lab tests or health checkups) purchased on the Medlife online platforms including the mobile application, website, and mobile site. Medcash is only a promotional value cash provided to customers as a benefit based on interactions with the platform and is solely decided based on offers and customers level behaviour on the platform. Medcash is virtual in nature and is not transferable in any form outside the Medlife platform.

How can I use Medcash?

Medcash can be used by customers in their transactions on the Medlife platform for services where Medcash usage is applicable. The usage limit for Medcash can vary anywhere between 0% to 100% of the transaction value (upto the Medcash amount available in customer Medcash wallet) and is decided based on the promotions run by Medlife. 

Is there any expiry for Medcash?

Medcash of any value has a defined expiry date and will be debited from the customer's Medcash account on the respective date of expiry. Customers can see the Medcash credit and debit history in the Medcash details page.

Can I use Medcash and coupon code in the same order?

No. Medcash and any kind of promocode cannot be clubbed and combined in the same order unless specified otherwise.

Will I get notified about my Medcash balance?

Medlife is not liable to send any communication to the customers related to any information pertaining to their Medcash balance. Customers are requested to keep visiting their Medlife account and check the availability and expiry etc of their Medcash balance. Medlife though on a time-to-time basis will share the required communications around Medcash credit, debit, or expiry related information.

Terms of Use

1. Medcash can be used only on the Medlife app or web
2. Medlife reserves the right to revise the maximum limit for Medcash amount or change the validity period of the Cashback at any point of time with or without prior notice to the customers.
3. Medlife can credit or debit Medcash values from the user wallet based on promotions plan.
4. Medlife reserves the right to withdraw the Medcash from customers' Medcash account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the offer.
5. Medlife is not responsible for any failed transactions as part of this offer NOR liable for any failures relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the customer from availing the benefits of this offer/Medcash.
6. Medlife’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects with respect to the matters relating to the offer/Medcash.
7. The Medcash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
8. The Medcash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
9. The offer under Medcash wallet benefits shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Bangalore.
