The terms and conditions apply to the Program “Nestle Nescafé Ready to Drink Cold Coffee Consumer Benefit Program” (thereinafter referred to as Program) for consumers purchasing NESCAFE Chilled Latte 180 ml/ NESCAFE Hazelnut 180 ml/ NESCAFE Intense Café 180 ml worth Rs 40 that carries communication regarding the Program (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Product”) sponsored by Nestle India Limited and conducted & managed by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) wherein consumer can get a chance to win Udemy e-voucher worth Rs 100 or Kindle or Noise smart watch. Udemy e-voucher can be applied on Udemy application/ website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

The Program will start on 1st February 2022 and end on 25th March 2022 (both days inclusive)

Entries would be valid if: -

Message is sent in correct format. (Accepted Format is “SMS NESCAFE 10-character alpha numeric lot number on 7036185000”).

The Program is valid Pan India except the state of Tamil Nadu.

Entries to be received during the extended Program period defined above.

Participation received from a mobile number registered in Tamil Nadu Circle would be rejected.

An entry from a mobile number participating for more than 3 times during the program, would be automatically rejected.

A winning mobile number participating again anytime during the promo period would automatically be rejected.

For the promotion period as described above, every day maximum 2000 winners will be shortlisted by Qwikcilver Solutions basis the participation (valid entries) in the program on the next day

For the duration of the program, there will be maximum 2000 winners selected everyday via a randomizer. Randomizer system is a proprietary product which is coded in software system based on the program logic. For Nestle Nescafé Ready to Drink Cold Coffee promo, it is written with instructions stating that randomly selects maximum up to 2000 winners from the valid participation in a day. Entry capturing time considered from 00:00 to 23:59 on Qwikcilver system for each day. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants”.

Participant either can win Udemy e-voucher of Rs 100 or Kindle or Noise smart watch.

Participant who wins Udemy e-voucher will get the voucher details via SMS. Participant who wins Kindle or Noise smart watch will receive a congratulation SMS with a link & winning code. Winner needs to click on link and will have to provide details including but not limited to Name, Contact Email ID, Contact number, shipping address, address proof, Nestle Nescafé Ready to Drink Cold Coffee Consumer Benefit Program pack image etc. Winning code validity will be till 10thApril 2022.

The Program extends to whole of India except for the state of Tamil Nadu.

Nestle India Limited and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Participation in this Promotion is purely voluntary and optional. This Program is not in conjunction with any other Program. Products are also available without this Program. By participating in this Program, each participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Participants can win each prize only once using a particular mobile number.

This Program is being conducted by the Organizer and sponsored by Nestle India Limited during the Program Period defined hereinafter.

The Program will start on 1st Feb 2022 and end on 25th March 2022 (both days inclusive)

Any entries attempted and/or made before or after the prescribed/allotted time will summarily be rejected.

The Program Period is subject to change and may be extended at the absolute discretion of the organizer, i.e., Nestlé India Ltd.
