1. Offer is valid from 15th October, 2016 to 30th October, 2016 ("Offer Period").
2. Only existing Oxigen Wallet registered users ("User(s)"), registered before 15th October, 2016, are eligible to avail this Offer. Users will get flat Rs. 60 cash back on minimum load money of Rs. 1,000 on Oxigen Wallet application.
3. Offer can be redeemed only once during the Offer Period, with one registered mobile number.
4. Offer is not applicable on Prepaid VISA load money.
5. Promo code redemption and load money platform should be Oxigen Wallet Android, Windows or iOS app.
6. Cashback will be auto-credited to User's Oxigen Wallet within 48 hours from the date of successful transaction.
7. In case if User does not receive the cashback within 48 hours from the time of transaction or for any cashback related query, User should write to care@oxigenwallet.com.
8. Cashback amount cannot be transferred to any other person or to any bank account.
9. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer of Oxigen.
10. In addition to the above, Oxigen wallet terms shall be applicable.
11. Users shall take sole responsibility for privacy and confidentiality of their Oxigen Wallet account and password.
12. Oxigen reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
13. In no event the aggregate liability of Oxigen shall exceed the amount of cashback, the User is entitled for, under this Offer.
14. Unlawful modification or abuse of the Offer is prohibited.

16. This Offer is subject to force majeure terms.
17. Any dispute relating to this Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
